Company Nurse

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• MUST BE A REGISTERED NURSE

• Preferably with training in Basic Life Support, First Aid and Basic Occupational Safety and Health Certification

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage

• Can communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

• Has the ability to handle documentation and paper processing

• Tactful, organize and can handle confidential and sensitive matters

• Good interpersonal skill and a team player

• Proficient in Microsoft programs

• Highly trainable, approachable, flexible, and, hard-working

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provides medical assistance for ill or injured workers

• Conducts Inventory of the Clinic medicine and supplies

• Assists in Annual Physical Exam Report, DOLE Illness report, and other health-related requirements

• Issues medicine to employees and process request

• Responsible for giving first aid treatment, wound dressing, and medical assistance to employees

• Provides education and training about health and wellness

• Monitors and maintains records of daily consultations and work clearances.
