Sales Manager For Institutional Accounts

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors/College Degree in any Business course or any Engineering courses.

  • Extensive experience in handling Institutional Accounts especially in governments

  • Must have demonstrated ability to create sales and relationship opportunities with clients, prospects in assigned market segments

  • Preferably with background experience in the Manufacturing industry.

  • Good communicator, presentation and project management skills

  • With sales commission and incentives

  • Willing to handle Luzon Area

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares a marketing plan and execute effectively

  • Saturates the area to search for new clients which will help in achieving sales quota

  • Achieve monthly/yearly quota for the group

  • Identifies and cultivates prospects and clients

  • Monitors salesman performance in terms of sales and account monitoring

  • Initiates and follows-up on new business opportunities.

  • Monitors sales objectives (booking order/ delivery/ collection)

  • Attends Jobsite meeting, inspection, and reconciliation

  • Formulate sales strategies to capture market

  • Leads new business meeting and closes sales to institutional investors and consultants

  • Attends to client’s needs as for the request of sample products, product presentations, delivery request, follow-ups, and project meetings

  • Participates in related professional organizations, convention, and seminars occasionally

  • Leverages the organization's relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives

  • Builds a good relationship with valuable clients

  • Monitors pricing and product performance of competitors
