Sales Manager For Institutional Accounts
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors/College Degree in any Business course or any Engineering courses.
Extensive experience in handling Institutional Accounts especially in governments
Must have demonstrated ability to create sales and relationship opportunities with clients, prospects in assigned market segments
Preferably with background experience in the Manufacturing industry.
Good communicator, presentation and project management skills
With sales commission and incentives
Willing to handle Luzon Area
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares a marketing plan and execute effectively
Saturates the area to search for new clients which will help in achieving sales quota
Achieve monthly/yearly quota for the group
Identifies and cultivates prospects and clients
Monitors salesman performance in terms of sales and account monitoring
Initiates and follows-up on new business opportunities.
Monitors sales objectives (booking order/ delivery/ collection)
Attends Jobsite meeting, inspection, and reconciliation
Formulate sales strategies to capture market
Leads new business meeting and closes sales to institutional investors and consultants
Attends to client’s needs as for the request of sample products, product presentations, delivery request, follow-ups, and project meetings
Participates in related professional organizations, convention, and seminars occasionally
Leverages the organization's relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives
Builds a good relationship with valuable clients
Monitors pricing and product performance of competitors
