Purchasing Assistant
JOB QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Course or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Organized; keen to details; trustworthy; fast learner
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Can start immediately
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assists in canvassing, buy supplies and equipment, maintains quality and time efficiency at all times
Ensures compliance of all purchasing process
Provides effective relationship with suppliers and operations
Inputs purchase request in the system (Focus)
Assists, monitors deliveries, and warehouse activities
Assists in securing process permits, registration, licenses and insurance
Assists in inventory and monitoring control system
Coordinates office activities, securing efficiency and compliance policies
Submit a timely report to operation and Head Office
