Purchasing Assistant

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Course or equivalent.

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

  • Organized; keen to details; trustworthy; fast learner

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Can start immediately

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assists in canvassing, buy supplies and equipment, maintains quality and time efficiency at all times

  • Ensures compliance of all purchasing process

  • Provides effective relationship with suppliers and operations

  • Inputs purchase request in the system (Focus)

  • Assists, monitors deliveries, and warehouse activities

  • Assists in securing process permits, registration, licenses and insurance

  • Assists in inventory and monitoring control system

  • Coordinates office activities, securing efficiency and compliance policies

  • Submit a timely report to operation and Head Office
