Duraroof

Duraroof® is made of superior, uniformly colored PVC materials that require no painting or maintenance. It is an all-weather siding and roofing made for tropical climates, as well as in highly corrosive locations like the seashore.

It is manufactured in the Philippines using world-class materials. It is an Advanced Roofing Technology with UV Protection.

► Corrosion Resistant – Duraroof® is fire retardant as it is made of non-flammable material that stops combustion. It carbonates when subjected to fire and will not drip or break up like ordinary plastics. Also suitable for livestock houses such as poultry and piggery farms, due to its high ammonia fumes. It will never deteriorate due to its corrosive conditions.

►Lightweight - Duraroof® is strong yet light in weight, having specific gravity that is one-fifth (1/5) that of metal. It is very much lighter than asbestos, ceramic, or other roofing materials. Duraroof can help reduce the dead load on roof framing structures resulting in lower costs on roof frames. Transportation and handling expenses are greatly reduced while roof installation is versatile, easy, and fast.

► Impact-resistant - Duraroof possesses excellent anti-load performance. It is durable, resilient, and can withstand high-impact loads without damage. It is Soundproof as it is guarded against raindrops and other sounds. Not only that. It is All Weather Resistant.
