Tower Security & Maintenance Engineer
JOB QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Monitors daily activities of radio tower tenants.
Maintains daily activity logbook and forms.
Assists and escorts tenants and their representatives for pull-out, installation, inspection, and maintenance, deliveries, and other request or concerns.
Monitors security, cleanliness, and orderliness of tower rooms, area, facilities, and properties.
Ensures compliance by tenants of existing policies and agreements.
Conducts daily inventory and inspection of tower facilities, rooms that may be appropriate, and security personnel in the performance of their job and submit corresponding inventory monitoring reports.
Monitors regular electric consumption of concerned tenants and provide appropriate written advice on consumption for collection for the corresponding billing.
Assists follow up of unpaid rentals, electricity, and other unpaid accounts.
Secures collection department monthly delinquent account reports to assist in follow-up of payment and possible bar on request activities to enforce collection.
Prepares corresponding relevant reports as required.
Processes monthly billings of security agencies contracted for various project and property sites.
Assists security head in security matters filling of informal settlers record and cases (Caliraya Springs, Caliraya 2, Caliraya 3 and Grand Victoria Estate.
Secures and receives construction proposals and quotations.
Acts as a custodian of contracts, quotations, and reports.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
