Accounting Assistant
JOB QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in related Construction Companies
Adept in Excel, MS Office, and Systems Software
Must have initiative, perseverance, organized, and strong attention to detail.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Coordinates purchase and payment requests from project sites to Head Office.
Prints and checks request supporting documents for review, verification, and approval by the Finance Head and General Manager.
Monitors all purchases and requests for payments from approvals, processing, and payments.
Verifies contract requirements of workers per project.
Coordinates to finance and HR concerns of operations.
Assists in collections, finance, and banking transactions
Assists in inventory control and system of the Construction group
Maintains ACCI account in Focus Software and encodes APV for back-up.
Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
