Accounting Assistant

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of working experience in related Construction Companies

  • Adept in Excel, MS Office, and Systems Software

  • Must have initiative, perseverance, organized, and strong attention to detail.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Coordinates purchase and payment requests from project sites to Head Office.

  • Prints and checks request supporting documents for review, verification, and approval by the Finance Head and General Manager.

  • Monitors all purchases and requests for payments from approvals, processing, and payments.

  • Verifies contract requirements of workers per project.

  • Coordinates to finance and HR concerns of operations.

  • Assists in collections, finance, and banking transactions

  • Assists in inventory control and system of the Construction group

  • Maintains ACCI account in Focus Software and encodes APV for back-up.

  • Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
