Job Summary:

The System & Business Process Head will ensure the effectiveness of existing processes and its implementation. Its primary objective is the facilitation of improvement, implementation, and control of processes focus on the delivery of customer requirements and the company `s objectives.

 

Functions and Duties:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems processes, procedures and recommends improvements to management for approval base on the company` s practices international industry standards, best practices, trends, and models.
  • Ensure compliance with industry related standards, documentations, and processes required by the international certifying body such as TS / ISO, PQA, etc.
  • Reviews assesses process risk and recommend financial accounting, and audit control measures.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the president and CEO.
Sales Assistant

JOB SUMMARY 

The Document Controller is responsible for accurate management and safeguarding of documentation generated by the company and its subsidiaries in support of the daily operations and in a manner that will enable quick retrieval of documents and records. It is not limited to, operating procedures, manuals, engineering/technical reports, correspondence, minutes, files and records.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must have a basic understanding of Quality Management System/ISO standard documentation.
  • Must be detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy; self-directed and highly motivated; able to work under pressure; willing to travel and do field work

  • Prepares and updates Documents Control Procedures in line with the Atlanta's Quality Management System.
  • Ensures proper document control is implemented across the company.

  • Work in strict cooperation with the Division Heads/ process owners to ensure documentation requirements to the QMS Standard.
